Abuse

"That puppy is too young to be out for a walk." The thought went through my mind, I was just about ready for my BK breakfast at Toa Payoh Central, when I saw this woman dragging the puppy along as her daughter walks on in front. The beagle puppy looked barely 2 months old and is so obviously not wanting to walk any more.

The next thing I saw, was not very pleasent. Because the puppy stopped on it tracks, the woman jurked the leash upward and lifted the puppy off the ground. The puppy was on a collar! At least get a body harness, pls
